Career Opportunities at LSC Language Studies Canada
Since 1962, Language Studies Canada (LSC) has been providing students from around the world with a complete immersion experience. We offer high-quality academic studies, social activities, and carefully selected accommodation. English is taught at LSC Toronto. Both English and French courses are offered at LSC Montreal.
Available Positions
We are seeking qualified teachers of English for all four LSC locations for immediate employment:
Exam class instructor (teaching TOEFL, TOEIC and/or IELTS).
General English instructor (teaching general and business English classes).
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
A university degree;
A CELTA or TESL Canada recognized teaching certificate (Oxford Seminars or Global TESOL certificates are NOT acceptable as they are not recognized by TESL Canada).
LSC gives preference to those who already have experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language to adults, especially those with prior experience in teaching examination classes, like IELTS or TOEFL.
